As we have heard, the problem has been solved on the server side by modifying the VTIMEZONE definitions.
Internal Server Error

Dear all,
I use DAVdroid with owncloud on the server site and on my cyanogenmod mobile on the client site.Recently, the synchronization of contacts does not work well. Some contacts are handled some not. Each time I receiver the following message. Have you heard about something like that or have an idea what the problem could be?

Hello,
There are various reasons why your Web server / OwnCloud could respond with a 500 Server Error. However, I recommend to ask in OwnCloud forums because this is not a DAVdroid problem.
