Error Messages - Can not Sync Dates Anymore
Hey, since a fee weeks certain calendards do not sync anymore across devices.
I get for example this error message on Adroid:
Attemt to invoke virtual method 'java.util.TimeZone java.util.Calendar.getTimeZone()'
What can I do now? I tried to de-install an reinstall DAVx5 and deleted all account information in my calendar app. But nothing changed…

@rfc2822 So obvious… yes that is it. well for some reason after trying it again and again it works now like charm again. Do you recommand to switching to a newer phone/android to be sure DAVx5 works?
@parschy There’s also a method that preservers accounts and settings; I have updated the FAQ accordingly.
I have used Android 8.0 myself for a long time and had this problem only one or two times. In the meanwhile, Android 8.1 is available for my phone.
I recommend to update Android whenever possible (even when it requires a custom ROM), but I’d not switch the phone because of that.
