@bronic Hello, it seems like there’s an unexpected end of stream, i.e. the connection is interrupted.
davx5 sync with baikal failed
My project is to sync calendars from baikal to google agenda.
Building app from gitlab source code an error occured with synchronization.
Davx5 create a calendar in my google agenda but the sync failed.
To investigate why I test 2 alternatives :
- google play version -> same issue occured
- opensync a fork of davx5 -> sync OK
My environment :
baikal -> 0.6.1
lets encrypt SSL certificat
davx5 -> 3.3.9
android -> 9.0
@francofasano can you try with the pre-compiled f-droid version of DAVx5? Maybe there was a problem during compilation. The log seems to be very unnormal…
@francofasano Try to download the file here: https://f-droid.org/de/packages/at.bitfire.davdroid/ and use the version 3.3.8. Does it work?
@devvv4ever I download and build from this link. Same issue, now I try with the F-droid apk
@devvv4ever F-droid apk doesn’t work.
I think this is a problem of date & time format between baikal 0.6.1 and ical4android embeded in davx5 project, what do you think about that ?
@francofasano This ics file is invalid, because the STATUS: field is empty.
@devvv4ever OK many thanks for this information.
I found an old project on github : https://github.com/caffeinatedgoat/davdroid-davx5
this project is based on 2.5.5-beta1-ose version.
I clone it, just change in /dav4jvm/build.gradle.kts the kotlin version to 1.3.50 and I build the project.
Result -> sync run
The new version probably need STATUS can’t be null.
I will check this in Baikal.
Thanks for help.
