Couldn't find CalDAV or CardDAV Service

  • I was able to successfully set up an account and get it to work on my Samsung Tab S5e. However I can’t get my account created in my Samsung S10e cell phone. I have read the manual and FAQ multiple times. I have reinstalled multiple times. I have rebooted multiple times. I have looked through the Forum answers and found a couple with the same problem but the answers didn’t help. Any help would be appreciated. Here is the debug info:

  • The problem solved itself. It is working today. I guess there was a problem with the server yesterday.
I couldn’t figure out how to add a solved tag from my tablet.

Thanks for the update. There seemed to be a problem in the DNS records. However the DNS resolver shouldn’t crash in any case (like it did).

If this happens again, please let us know.
