Thanks, it’s also the issue I was having. Instead of giving internet access to uid 1000, I just did “settings put global captive_portal_mode 0” (recent android)
Agreed it would be useful to add this in the FAQ
Is it possible to integrate the caldav calendaer into the android outlook-app? Usually caldav-calendars doesn’t appear in the android outlook-app, so I search for a way to integrate caldav to outlook. I know there is a software called ‘caldavsynchronizer’ but its only for desktop (windows): https://caldavsynchronizer.org/
Does someone have the experience?
AFAIK the Outlook-App does use its own calendar storage and does avoid the standard storage for calendars on Android. Thus it is unlikely that this is possible and I don’t think Microsoft is interested in promoting open standards like CalDAV…
It is possible to include yahoo, gmail and other calendars, but CalDAV is not supported… This is somehow weak… Thanks for your reply!
