Ok, I solved the problem.
It wasn’t related to DAVx5 but to MIUI. Looking in the synchronization options I realized that no account (google, …) had been synced for many days. And I manual sync did not work at all. I re-installed the latest MIUI version (via Options -> About the phone -> System-Update, In case anybody has the same problem) and now it works again.

This seems to be a problem with posteo. Can you post the logs here?
We’ve already heard a few times that there are various problems with recurring events being used with posteo. We’ve also warned users already on our setup page about it here: https://www.davx5.com/tested-with/posteo
These problems have been reported to the posteo people a few years ago.
Thanks for answering. It seems to be a different issue other than the problems with contact photos you mentioned. Follow this link to see the log on github.
I should mention that an entry generated in the calendar of the server (posteo) synchronizes flawlessly.
Update to KDE Frameworks 5.66.0 > KCalendarCore: Fix RRULE generation for timezones fixed the issue
Great, thanks for the update!
