1.11.1 is now available in F-Droid, too!
FC after automatic sync
-
After every automatic sync (or manual) DavDroid crashes. Curiously, the data itself has already been sync’ed so for now it’s only a nuisance.
CM 10.1 Nightly (2013-11-17) on Oppo Find 5.
Update: Changed to 4.4.1 (OmniROM 20131205 and newer) and the issue ain’t nor more. I suppose the real reason there frequent firmware updates …
-
Please provide detailled bug information (you know, used versions, server/client details, logcat logs, steps to reproduce…).
-
Went back from OmniROM 4.4.1 to CM 10.1. and the issue returns: FC after syncing.
Downgrading DavDroid to 0.4.3 (instead of 0.4.4) solves the problem.
It looks like it is related to caldav syncing only. -
0.4.4 had an issue with certain invalid ORGANIZER values, maybe this is fixed in 0.5, please test.
-
No. Sadly it isn’t fixed in 0.5a. Having the same issue since 0.4.4 on a Nexus 5, running stock Android 4.4.
-
I noticed FCs as well with 0.5.0 on stock Android 4.4.1 (Nexus 5). Only calendar sync seems to be affected. Calendar seems to sync fine when I go to the accounts menu and disable and re-enable the account.
-
Hopefully fixed with 0.5.1
-
Sync still crashes DAVdroid – both, calendar and contacts. DAVdroid 0.5.1 on Nexus 5 Android 4.4.2
Deactivating and reactivating the accounts doesn’t help.
-
Please provide logs or a test account so that I can find out why.
-
Is this issue still present when you uninstall DAVdroid and then try the latest version? Please also provide log output (How to view the logs) so that I can have a look.
-
No issues anymore so far
