The situation has changed, but I’ll answer to your question, putting the new things in italic :
- I am sure for the username and the password. In fact, it was the only stuff I was sure ; I have just changed the “URL emplacement”, and my account was created. But… I found again the first matter : my schedule doesn’t update in my calendar application.
- so, my email address and password work.
- Here’s the instructions from the IT department : As you see, it’s quite short… Sorry for the french language !
- There is not two-factor authentication.
I have to add that the URL emplacement of the calendar in my DAVx5 account is exactly the same than one given upper, except the “@” of my email address that became “%40”.
Now, do you think the matter comes from your side, or has another cause ?
