How can I add google public calendars? (Main calendar works)

Hi,
I am trying to add a new google calendar, I already added my main calendar, which works fine.
I try to add the german holyday calendar, using this:
https://davdroid.bitfire.at/configuration/google/The calendar ID appears to be: de.german#holiday@group.v.calendar.google.com
I can create the new account, but it does not show up as a calendar, but only as CardDAV, with “Address Book”.
How can I add this as a Calendar?

I don’t know much about Google CalDAV/CardDAV and we don’t really support it, but if you just need holidays, you can use ICSdroid and webcal.fi (make sure to set your language and country to see local holiday feeds). That’s what I use and it works reliably.

To subscribe to the other calendars in my Google Calendar I used the ICSx companion app for DAVx. All public calendars use the ICS format, including the Google-supplied ones like their holiday calendars.
According to the official documentation, DAVx should automatically detect the public ICS calendars integrated with a CalDav calendar and sync them to the ICSx app. That didn’t work for me with my Google calendar so I manually added them to the ICSx app using the URL listed for each of my public calendars at the top of their settings pages. The Google supplied calendars have the iCal url at the bottom of the settings page.

I don’t know how to do this. Where can I find this app? Can you tell me the procedure?
