I’ve reinstalled DAVx⁵ on my mobile. Looks better now. I’ll watch this. Thanks …
DAVdroid 1.7.1-ose & Nextcloud 10.0.2 > NOK

Hi and first of all, many thanks for your work!
I’m used to use DavDroid to synchronize Owncloud Cal and AdressBook on my Android 7 Honor 8 phone.
I change Owncloud for Nextcloud and impossible to retreive datas from my Cals and AdressBook.
I can establish communication for cals (not for addressbook) … but no datas in my agenda nor my contacts application !?Any ideas ?
-
Did you try as described on https://davdroid.bitfire.at/configuration/nextcloud/? Nextcloud is working with DAVdroid very well, so I guess this must be a configuration problem.
-
Yes I did as described … in fact I did the very same set up than with Owncloud !
For info I tried another synchro agent on my phone to test and it’s OK with it !Is there any possibility to see when connection is OK if data is taken ?
-
@cr9c You can see everything in the verbose logs. https://davdroid.bitfire.at/faq/entry/how-to-debug/
-
Do you see something NOK in my logs ?

Hi,
For informations, with the very same URLs synchro is OK between Thunderbird and Nextcloud.
I read in this forum
https://help.nextcloud.com/t/davdroid-no-longer-works-with-nc/579
this problem already occured and has been solved with an update … may be the solution for me with next update !? -
@cr9c Did you already try to update to Nextcloud 12? Many things have been updated since NC 10
-
@rfc2822 I’m under version 12.0.2.
You know, my nextcloud parameters are OK with “aCalDAV” (another android appli you obviously know) … I did many set up with DAVdroid to ckeck everything and it’s always NOK. -
@cr9c At the moment, I’m not aware of any errors in DAVdroid that could be related to that. DAVdroid / Nextcloud integration is working here without problems. Using the latest version of client and server software is always recommended. If there’s a specific indication of a DAVdroid problem, please let us know.

@rfc2822 thanks for your concern.
I was thinking, it could be a matter with my hosting provider: OVH ?!OK I’ll let you know if there’s any change and if it’s OK with next versions of DAVdroid.

@cr9c Did you do a forum search for “OVH”? There are some threads of people who were able to solve their OVH problems.
