Nextcloud Sync Issue, working fine on one phone, not on the other

  • Wondering if someone could help me figure this one out.

I have my phone (LG G4 - Android 6.0) with davdroid installed, syncing perfectly with my Nextcloud instance, using both my account and my wife's account.

On my wife's phone (Moto G - Android 7.0) with davdroid installed and I can't get it to sync with either her account or mine.

Both phones are connected to the same wifi network, connecting to the same Nextcloud instance, both phones are using the nextcloud sync app without issue, all the passwords are being entered using a password manager and I'm checking them manually before submitting.

I'm really at a loss to explain what's going on and would really appreciate some help, looks like some sort of SSL error which doesn't make any sense as my SSL certs are all valid and from LetsEncrypt.

    Appreciate any advice

Here's the logs showing a successful sync with my phone using her Nextcloud account.

Now exactly the same process on her phone, using the same account, I've attached to this post as it goes over the post limit.

Really appreciate someone looking into this.

    Debug Info from wife's phone

  • I think I've found the issue, it looks identical to the issue reported here.
