Yes and it’s already marked as such.
Thanks. (I set the label just as a guess before.)
Phone: NOKIA 6 Dual-SIM 64GB
Android: 7.1.1, German UI
ownCloud: 10.0.2 (stable)
Server: Apache, MySQL, PHP, Symantec SSL-Certificate
Android generated or edited contacts are not synced with the server, stating the following notification:
“Adressbuch Sychronisierung fehlgeschlagen – Serverfehler beim Hochladen neuer/geänderter Einträge”
A log/debug file is produced.
Please provide it here.
So I’ll do. Just give me some hours to garble my personal data within the log file.
So, here’s now the log file:
BTW, it’s PHP 7.0.20, MySQL 5.5
Content-Type: text/vcard as required (was not shown in the debug logs, has been added now).
So this seems to be a server problem (maybe it says that it’s VCard4-capable, but actually doesn’t understand VCard4). Please have a look in the server logs for more details.
Thx so far. Will have a look on it asap.
K, here’s what I got from the ownCloud log (only the last entry):
@sarahbesic Seems like there is an invalid VCard in your OwnCloud. Please contact OwnCloud support about that.
Ok, checked the server again, but did not find anything weird. BTW: The sync with Thunderbird works fine with the same setting in both directions.
Then I installed another Android app „CardDAV-Sync“ -> same settings -> enerything works fine, syncing in both directions without any problems. So I’ll play the ball back
