@jon_black Great! I invited you to the beta testers group. I can upload a file then for you in the beta forum and you can test it out. I think we’ll be ready in the next few days. You’d have to remove the current DAVdroid and add an account with the beta version. So be sure to have all of your contacts on the server.
Sync problem, IllegalArgumentException
-
I bought this app two days ago but it isn’t able to sync my owncloud calendars. I used Owncloud 8.0 (on private webspace) and the error appeared. I decided to upgrade to the latest Owncloud version 9.1.4, but still same problem. Some exception is always risen inside Davdroid. The stack trace looks like this is a problem only for a specific event, but I’m not sure.
Device: Samsung Galaxy S2, Android 7.1 (LineageOS 14.1)
Multiple calendar clients are synced using Owncloud (iPhone, iCal, Thunderbird) and it’s working fine, except Davdroid.debug.txt:

Seems like an invalid iCalendar. Can you post the (anonymized) contents of http://fralima.com/cloud/remote.php/dav/calendars/fralima/persönlich/5d81f72b-ec0c-42de-bb8f-4188d8d6d64d.1480103713308.ics?

This is the file I already linked in my previous post.

@saum_ Sorry didn’t see that.

The for the report. I could reproduce the problem. It should be fixed with ical4android/be1e1e9b.

It works fine now. Thank you for quick reaction and bugfixing!
