Problems syncing with Baikal on NAS
-
Hi,
unfortunately some accounts have been wiped off my Android phone among them my DAVDroid-accounts.
On trying to set them up anew I have encountered problems when syncing it to my NAS running Baikal 0.27.
I have synced Thunderbird on my Notebook with it and it runs very smooth.
I am trying to follow the recommendations given here and here but it is not successful.
I am trying to write either
https://mysynologysyncname.synology.me/baikal/dav.php
or
https://192.168.1…2…/baikal/dav.php
and provide as credentials my baikal username and password.
I also tried with cal.php and card.php.
I am also unsure about whether /baikal/ or /web/baikal/ should be the baikal-root.
Needless to say that I forgot to backup the app data…
Next time I’ll know…
Any help is appreciated! -
Hello,
Please provide the debug info of the setup process (“View logs”).

Is this working? -
@cptn_future In the logs, DAV.php uses upper-case letters (
https://192.168.178.26/baikal/DAV.php
). URLs are case-sensitive. Please tryhttps://192.168.178.26/baikal/dav.php/
.Also, please note that this is not a DAVdroid issue and I can’t know what your correct DAV URL is. You might contact your admin and/or DSM Baikal package provider to get more information.

Thank you for pointing out the obvious! How embarrassing…
