"No caldav or carddav detected" and share of debug info "not supported"!?

Hi im using a samsung 2016 tab A.

Ive followed all the steps exactly to set up my new work email account on this davdroid app but im stuck at No Caldav or carddav. I tried to share to a paste site but the share button gave me the message “not supported”.

@rowly Hello. Which provider? Did you set it up as described on https://davdroid.bitfire.at/configuration/? Which DAVdroid version? Did you get it from Play Store? Please provide more details.

Yes i followed the steps in that link
I downloaded it from play store today its davdroid 1.3.3-gplay

Yes i could email screen shots of the message and the debug info.
