icloud with .me or .icloud sync

Hi
Today i hoped to a new device and installed davdroid as on the other one.
But on the new device if i configure my icloud account with novski@me.com (as i use it regulary since years)
it only syncs the calendar CalDAV and if i log in with the (newer) novski@icloud.com it shows me my contacts CardDAV. But on the older device (set up about 1 Months ago) i was able to sync both with novski@me.com.
(novski is only a nick)
So does anybody have the same exerience or how can i solve that problem?
