Forget about my issue : I was tired last night 😮
I had imported the VCF first in thunderbird because I didn’t know yet I could do it in davdroid…
So it was the sogo connector that didn’t import correctly the VCF, not davdroid. I imported the VCF directly form davdroid and it’s OK. Great job and sorry for the noise 😉
We’ve never used bitcoin before but why not try and get into it just now… 😉 I’ve added the possibility to donate via bitcoin to the website (http://davdroid.bitfire.at) at the bottom of the page. If you still want to donate use the key or QR code there!
I have added support for birthdays with commit 6ee010905e172164b865c0e9c0576d92d1ae7906, but I can’t test it because my Android 4.1 and lower devices don’t show the birthday anyways. Closing this as duplicate of issue #5, please post there.
@rfc2822 I’ve read this part of the configuration instructions, but perhaps it’s the way I import the certificate that’s wrong ? Here how I do :
I display my site on https, Firefox warns me the certificate is unknown, I display the certificate and export it in DER format, with an CER extension. Then I install this file in the security/parameters of android, which tells me the certificate is installed.
Then I try to see my certificate in the user tab, but… nothing (I haven’t verified before…).
Hello, I think it’s not ready for Fdroid yet but it will soon be. Also, it’s some work to create the Fdroid build files and I didn’t find time for that yet. However I intend to put the app onto Fdroid as soon as it’s ready. Some tests need to be done yet.
Thanks for the hint. The Web site is not ready yet but we will surely add donation buttons.
