Updated to NodeBB 1.12.1 today, which was extremely cumbersome for various reasons (you don’t want to update vips on FreeBSD, while GraphicsMagick crashes all the time, Python versions mix up and all dependencies break).
I just migrated from VMware to Citrix Hypervisor, but have not yet found an ideal backup tool to protect my Citrix virtual machines (version is 8.1). Of course it must be easy to use and affordable. Could you give me some advice? Thanks in advance.
Now, I do block pretty much everything by default (JS, etc.) but even after allowing everything, and several full refreshes of the page, I never could get the captcha to show up. Problem might be on my end, but I can almost always get a web page to work, once I allow enough stuff.
It’s a Google Recaptcha. Does this normally work for you?
I’d love to use some other captcha, but I don’t have the time to implement one for NodeBB. The last time I have looked there was only a non-working math captcha plugin for NodeBB 😞
@marteng69 I hope that you are not using whatsapp anymore, Pavel Durov (telegram CEO) is destroying it everyday, you can read more about ithere to acknowledge what problems whatsapp actually have to fix to save at least their most loyal users
I’ve been using gitlab on a private server for development. Unfortunately, requiring a dual core, 2GB RAM VPS purely for the purpose of holding git repos for a couple of people is not cost effective. I would like to migrate to the free gitlab hosted accounts.
Is there are way to transfer a repo and issues to gitlab hosted servers?
I’m planning to buy a XP-Pen tablet to use in Gimp/windows 10 . It’s my first experience.I can’t afford for the pricier Artist display tablets.
I don’t want to invest in a beginner tablet and change it after 8 or 10 month of use due to some limitations, but also i don’t want to buy a pro-level one and never use 50% of her funtionnality. What i really need is a well made tablet that will fit the standard photographers needs in photoshop.
For Outlook, I also use CalDav Synchronizer, which works fine. In Outlook, I use the same Categories for Contacts, Events etc. For Contacts, I can use them on Android (I only found one app that does it), but not for other items, and I don’t want to use more than one Calendar (on mailbox.org). It seems that on Android, there is no solution to my demand.
